Tris is known for his ability to get results in complex situations with leadership teams in the areas of strategic clarity, cultural alignment, and differentiated talent. He served as VP of Org. Strategy at Proxicom as it grew from 50 to 2,500 employees and went public, Chairman of Outward Bound Professional, and Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Tris funds cancer research by mountain bike racing for Debshred Foundation and is a volunteer Ski Patrol at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows.
John Dougan is a Revenue enablement strategist and leader with a passion for growth led, performance mindset.
Matt brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience to our company. Prior to Highspot, Matt held sales executive roles at Verisign, Teneros, Neustar, and, most recently, at Sunrun, where he scaled the company from a venture-funded startup through a successful IPO in 2015.
I lead a team of instructional designers that help our go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support) grow better at HubSpot. Previously, I led global manager enablement and development on a cross-functional People Operations team. My passion for great customer support stems from my career beginnings and carries over to the experiences our team creates for internal customers now.
I have deployed Highspot at three different companies now and love to see the excitement an organization experiences when they realize the power of Highspot. I live in San Diego, California and am the founder of the SES chapter there. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here!
