For seven years, served as the Senior Director of Marketing for Highspot, the industry’s most powerful sales enablement platform, responsible for the strategy and execution of all community efforts.
Jessica is currently the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement Programs at Highspot. Throughout her roles, she has consistently empowered customer-facing teams and is currently leading the global team responsible for onboarding and ongoing training programs.
With over 24 years of hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales training, direct sales, coaching, cultivating sales methodologies, facilitating and organizing Onboarding programs, strategic partnerships, lead operations, negotiating and influencing stakeholders, implementing global sales systems, and building metrics, I partner with cross-functional teams to reinvent solutions that align to the business initiatives.
