Beyond just the delivery and format, leverage audio and visual resources throughout to set the mood in the look and feel of the event — there’s no understating the value of a good playlist to keep morale high in between sessions.

Instead, take the opportunity to scale a supportive culture of learning across the entire organization by using celebrations as teaching moments.
